Guided meditation voice over that gives the listener room

Warm, grounded meditation narration for guided practices, body scans, breath awareness and reflective audio. In English, Swedish and French.

A meditation voice isn’t just a reading voice

In a guided meditation, the instruction has to arrive clearly and then get out of the way. I work with pace, silence, emphasis and breath so the listener has time to follow what the words are asking them to do.

That can mean leaving more space after a body cue, slowing down around imagery, or keeping a simple instruction very simple. The aim isn’t to sound dramatic. It’s to make the experience easy to stay with.

Gyndroid is Camilla Wellton’s voice and sound work. A single practice can be recorded on its own, or we can establish a consistent sound for a whole series.

What listeners notice

Voice, music and silence can belong to one experience

Some meditations need nothing but a voice and well-placed silence. Others benefit from a subtle musical bed or an atmosphere that helps the whole piece feel coherent.

I also create original music and soundscapes, so voice and music can be developed together instead of adding a generic track after the recording is finished.

From one practice to a complete series

I record guided meditations for independent creators, teachers, courses, paid audio libraries and digital programmes. If you’re building an app, see voiceover for meditation apps. For teacher-led programmes, explore mindfulness voiceover and yoga narration.

Send a script or representative excerpt, target duration, language, intended use and any pronunciation notes. If timing is important, mark the moments where the listener needs space. If music, loops or alternate versions are part of the brief, include that from the beginning so the recording and delivery are planned as one experience.

Questions people usually ask

Can you match a target meditation length?

Yes. Give me the intended duration and the pauses that matter. We can shape pacing around the script without rushing the listener.

Can you record a whole meditation series?

Yes. For a series we can agree recurring pronunciation, pacing, openings, closings and file delivery so the sessions belong together.

Can you record in Swedish or French as well?

Yes. Gyndroid records in English, Swedish and French. You can hear all three on the Listen page.

Can the recording include original music?

Yes. Voice can be delivered alone or developed with original music and soundscapes, depending on what the project needs.
