Voiceover for yoga classes and guided practice

Space to move. Space to listen.

I create voice narration for yoga teachers and studios developing recorded classes, practice libraries and guided rest. The recording follows your teaching, with attention to clear cues, breath and the moments when the voice can fall silent.

Gyndroid is Camilla Wellton’s voice and sound work, available in English, Swedish and French.

Listen to the softer register

This English soft and intimate voice sample lets you hear one possible direction for quieter material. Movement instructions may call for a clearer, more direct delivery. We choose the register to suit the class, not the other way around.

A voice that follows your sequence

We can discuss narration for pre-recorded yoga classes, audio-only practices, class introductions, guided rest and reflective closing sequences. For video, the timing of a cue matters as much as the words. Share the sequence or time-coded script so we can plan where speech begins, where it ends and where the practitioner needs space.

For audio-only work, the script needs to make sense without a screen. Tell me which instructions are essential, which terms need pronunciation guidance and which invitations should be left open rather than rushed.

Your teaching remains yours. You provide and approve the practice instructions and any adaptations. The narration service does not replace a teacher’s responsibility for the content or offer individual guidance to a listener.

Prepare a useful recording brief

Send the class format, intended audience, language, approximate length and a script excerpt. For an existing video, include cue timings and explain whether the narration must fit a locked edit.

Let me know where the recording will be used: your website, an online course, a studio membership or another platform. We agree on usage, delivery format, revisions and any original music before work begins.

For a series, we can discuss a consistent opening, pronunciation and closing style. You can begin with one practice and use that conversation to define the rest.
